Where to start? We have a vast database of properties all over Bulgaria. If you cannot see what you are looking for on our website, e-mail us your requirements. We haven’t failed a client yet.

The property market in Bulgaria is dynamic. Properties are sold every day, some of the owners are advertising their property with more than one agency, so it can happen that you will see a property on a website and then find out it has been sold. Some properties don't even 'make it' to the website, as there is already a client waiting for this particular type of property or area.

What does it cost? We don't charge for viewings up to 100 km from Varna, and most properties are located within this distance. To view properties located outside the 100 km radius from Varna, the charge is to cover the fuel costs.
Time wasting!! We don't believe in taking you out in a vehicle straight away and driving you around the villages in the hope that you will buy one of our properties. We try and find out as much as possible about what you are looking for, select the best properties for you, discuss them with you and then take you out for a viewing.

We will assist you with the search on the property, answer all your questions, prepare the paperwork for you, and even assist you after you have the key in the door. It is our obligation to make sure the property is 'fit' for sale, that there are no burdens on it such as mortgages, and to make sure your interests will be safeguarded in the best way possible.

I am going to be away home while all this happens!! There are only two ways of doing something - either do it yourself, or empower somebody else to do it for you. Most of our clients are away throughout the whole process. Provided you leave someone with a power of attorney, you can relax and let them represent you.
