report to the owner, photographs when necessary, twice

13. Look after the security of your home while you are
away.
If you are buying a holiday home, you needn’t worry about it
while you are not there. We will make sure it is safe and
secure and perform thorough twice weekly checks, or put you
in touch with a Bulgarian security company to fit alarms and
monitor intrusions from a control centre.
14. Rent your property out for you.
It always helps to have some holiday money waiting for you
when you come. We will arrange short and long term lets for
your property while you are not using it.
